Welcome back, trivia people.
Last week we called it a slow stretch. This week, the themed trivia calendar heard us and responded with a vengeance: murder mysteries on two coasts, a full-blown romantasy takeover, back-to-back nights at a certain Midtown pub that clearly never sleeps, and somewhere in Tampa, Christmas in July.

Last week it was a three-night fandom gauntlet. This week Slattery’s Midtown Pub is “slowing down” to a mere two: Sex and the City on Tuesday and Gilmore Girls on Wednesday. Cosmopolitans one night, coffee and Stars Hollow deep cuts the next.

Quirk Events is running Pub Trivia Murder Mystery Challenges in two cities this week, and the premise is exactly as fun as it sounds: you’re not just answering trivia questions, you’re solving a murder — and the answers are your clues.
